lactose intolerent ?

So  I am now on the hunt for dairy free items for my 9 year old that taste good and are still healthy for him. I never realized how many of are day to day items have dairy in them. Any ideas ? please share.

    Try the lactose pills....the equate version are fine....my hubby uses them.
